With a background of over 30 years in Teaching, Management roles and Coaching in the corporate arena, I have landed in a more calm, clear and steady place within myself and now offer business leaders Coaching and Meditation.

I use to thrive on squeezing as much as I could into life. I valued being busy over having balance. Then, three car accidents in six months set my life on an unexpected trajectory. I had no choice but to slow down. I still worked full-time and loved what I did but the high-energy sports I loved gave way to Pilates classes and Yoga. Being in my late 20s, I felt like my wings had been clipped and a dampener had been put on my life.

The slower pace was frustrating to start with but it also opened the way to Meditation and Coaching. My focus started to turn inwards. Over the years, the stack of business leadership books on my bedside table became peppered with titles on Meditation & Spirituality.

I was drawn to sit with Spiritual Teachers and study traditional Yoga & Meditation. Life still looked pretty much the same from the outside but within significant changes were taking place. I experimented with a new process that came to me organically, a process I call Conscious Connecting, and it has brought about the most profound changes in my life. My focus started to shift from constantly trying to fix myself and the parts of me I judged as not good enough. The busy mind became less disturbing and a sense of coming back to my true centre opened up. I came to see that the determining factor in how we meet the demands of a full and robust life is our inner state and our capacity to be centred, to connect with our natural ground of calm steadiness and to lead from this place. 

It became clear that my role was not to be IN the corporate world but to work with those that are operating in workplace environments where high expectations and stress have become normalised. Those wanting to live more consciously.

Join the weekly online group meditation or ask about one-to-one Mentoring.

Weekly 15min Meditation (Group)

Join the Weekly 15min Meditation from your home or office. A live, guided, online meditation, suitable for beginners through to those who have meditated for years. This is a regular touch-point to connect for a group meditation. It includes space for questions and sharing.

Thursday mornings - 6.30am (Sydney time)

Keeping it simple

• Zoom room opens 6.20am
• Closes when we start at 6.30am
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Sit comfortably on a chair or sofa
• Position camera so I can see you

Meditation Mentoring (One-to-one)

For more individualised sessions, one-to-one Mentoring offers sessions that incorporate:

• Focused discussion
• Meditation time
• Practical exercises to implement between sessions

I offer a unique method of Coaching called Conscious Connecting. It is where Meditation meets Self Discovery. Conscious Connecting creates space for you to connect with yourself on a deep conscious level. It brings you back to your inner centre while in a relational dynamic. In this space, insights arise and transformation naturally occurs as self awareness and understanding of your personal patterns unfold.

Self doubt transforms into self trust, inner conflict to inner steadiness and reactivity to conscious responding.

When we stop trying to fix ourselves and instead create space to come to stillness in the safe presence of another person, we open to deeper inner wisdom that we can trust.
